Cleaning the Blogroll

I dropped a few links this week, but I think I made the right decision concerning this one.

With weblogs, you’re saying what’s cool on your blog. I got to the point where I didn’t find cool this person’s engaging the enemy more than friendly comments in his comments and posts about them. I’m not taking his side or his foes (something I’ve learned all too well in real life), but I ducked and left the metaphorical room while things and punches were being thrown around.

  2. I used to read his blog and then I got sick of the relentless flaming. Heh, I’ve been in some flame wars, but they’ve last two days or whatever and they were never with the same person over and over again! Yeah, just couldn’t take it anymore.

  3. Wow.. what was that all about?

  4. hello, my name is danny.

maybe they should all be sent to a blogger therapist. as much as blogs are a personal insight into someone else’ life, they are also going to be judged and either lauded or persecuted just like in real life. so if you, as a blogger, are willing to write about all your business, then you have to live with the consequences of having people tell you what they think about it whether you like it or not. otherwise, keep the blog private.

anyway, i don’t let other people drama become my own, so i won’t be adding my two cents on that blog’s comments.

Blog therapy: I think there’d be a lot of people lining up on the couch for that. I’d be in line too, but I’d be in trouble if my therapist was hot. Especially if he got sick of hearing me talk, came up to the couch, and…

Disclaimer: This is just a fantasy.

Glad I made the blog roll cut. I guess you just need a token straight guy.

    Funny :)

    Token straight guy – there’s Josh Minton’s blog. That wasn’t a factor.

Don’t want to dwell on it too much. I don’t want to give him more publicity than I already have.
